AEW fans were quite surprised to see Jack Perry make an appearance at the Battle in the Valley event. He debuted by taking out Shota Umino in a big way and now Umino sent a message to Perry, making it clear he is willing to fight him at any time.

NJPW’s Battle in the Valley took place on January 13th and included a surprise debut by Jack Perry. In an unexpected turn of events, he made his entrance by attacking Shota Umino.

After confronting Umino, Perry redirected his aggression toward his own AEW contract, tearing it up on camera. This marked Jack Perry’s first pro wrestling appearance since his suspension for his involvement in the 2023 AEW All In brawl.

After the attack, Shota Umino was approached backstage and succinctly addressed the situation. He made it clear to Jack Perry that he perceived him as a “stupid punk kid” who thought tearing up his contract would grant him entry into Japan.
