The Rock wasn’t expected at the Day 1 WWE RAW, but hours before the show, rumors started to swirl that he would be around. Then Jinder Mahal showed up to make fans think that he was the former WWE Champion returning on RAW. Suddenly, The Rock came back anyway, and that was an incredible moment.

The Rock’s big return to WWE RAW may have been a one-off appearance, but it still generated a ton of buzz. After the big segment was dropped on YouTube, it didn’t take much time at all for the segment to rake up over 1 million views.

The Rock doesn’t return to WWE very often, so even this one segment was a big deal. It could also be proof that The Rock doesn’t want to let another WrestleMania go by without him on the card.

The Rock also threw little dig at Roman Reign at the end of his segment. He said that he may have to sit at the head of the table.
