Dragon Lee Not Permitted To Leave Mexico After Experiencing Unexpected Visa Issues

WWE Superstars must deal with a lot of different issues when it comes to traveling the world. Now, it appears that visa issues are keeping Dragon Lee stuck in Mexico.

WWE called Dragon Lee up to the main roster, but he then went back to pick up the NXT North American Title from Dominik Mysterio. Although there are big plans for Dragon Lee, he isn’t leaving Mexico right now.

Dragon Lee posted to let everyone know that he is having visa issues. He’s not allowed to leave Mexico right now. That means he will miss NXT New Year’s Evil on January 2nd.

Feliz año nuevo! Sad news to kick off the year, but due to visa issues I am unable to leave Mexico right now. Por eso, I will miss @WWENXT New Years Evil… But the LWO has a big surprise for the NQCC and the NXT Universe tomorrow night.

We can only hope that the NXT North American Champion is able to leave Mexico eventually. He is needed on NXT, but right now he needs to get some paperwork straightened out.

Dragon Lee was set to team up with Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro of the LWO to face No Quarter Catch Club. Now, they must figure something else out.
