Matt Riddle Addresses Recent Health Challenges Affecting Him and His Family

Matt Riddle’s WWE tenure turned controversial due to off-ring issues, resulting in his release. He is gearing up for 2024, but Riddle also seems to have had a difficult time recently, as he and his family have been going through various health issues.

Matt Riddle confirmed his WWE departure in September, attracting interest from other wrestling promotions. Following his release, he acquired a new car and ventured into entrepreneurship.

The Original Bro took to his Instagram and uploaded a video, where he provided a life update for fans who were waiting for him. Riddle revealed that he was very sick lately and his family also dealt with various health issues.

Matt Riddle revealed that one of his children had an appendix issue and had to get emergency surgery. He further added that even his girlfriend required emergency surgery for an issue.

“Just a little life update. If you haven’t heard from me, I was pretty sick. My girl was pretty sick. My one child had an appendix issue and had to get emergency surgery and then, my girlfriend had an issue needed to get emergency surgery as well. Plus, I had a baby. So, I’ve been a little busy.“

“So, if I haven’t returned a phone call or a message in the last week or so, I still like ya, just been really busy lately,. alright. Just wanna share that with everyone and hit me up if you really need something. Alright, thank you! Love everyone! Happy Holidays! Bye bye!”

It was previously confirmed that The Original Bro would be joining Major League Wrestling. In fact, Matt Riddle has been prospect for MLW for many years before his MLW signing. We certainly hope things get better for Matt Riddle as 2023 comes to a close.
