Seth Rollins is all about pushing his body to the limit every time he gets in the ring. His workout routines are also quite intense, and he proved that recently with his X-Mas workout drop.

The Visionary is a big fan of CrossFit. He has made that no secret, and he’s credited the workout craze for bettering himself in the ring, and in many other aspects of his life. Now, he is sharing his Christmas routine with fans.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion uploaded his 12 Days of Xmas workout routine on Instagram. That story included a whiteboard with 12 different workouts written on it.

Seth Rollins listed out all 12 of his workout routines, that includes a ton of things to push himself to his limit. That includes burpees and everything else under the sun.

Rollins was very proud as he posted his time underneath of 28 minutes and 46 seconds. That is pretty impressive, but you have to know that Seth Rollins aims to beat his own score every time.

We will have to see what Seth Rollins is doing a year from now. His WWE contract is up in June, and he hasn’t inked a new deal yet, by all reports. You may check out his latest Instagram post below.
