Dijak Calls Fans ‘Horrible’ for Enjoying Ilja Dragunov’s 12/19 NXT Injury Scene

Ilja Dragunov is undoubtedly one of the top stars in NXT, who is famous for ending Gunther’s NXT UK Championship reign. He also got stretchered out during a match on NXT this week and Dijak called out fans who actually liked that fact on Twitter.

The December 19th episode of WWE NXT was taped in advance, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t many fans who don’t check spoilers. This week’s NXT saw Ilja Dragunov squaring off against Ridge Holland, who was back in NXT.

Ilja Dragunov is in the middle of an impressive run as NXT Champion, but fans feared it might be over after this week’s show. This is because Ridge Holland spiked Ilja Dragunov on the head with a DDT, which rendered him motionless and the match had to be called off.

More than 6,000 fans on Twitter ‘liked’ the video of him being stretchered out after the match. This prompted Dijak to call all the fans who liked the video ‘horrible’ and stated that it is a tradition as always.

”Wow, 6000 likes for a dude getting stretchered out of the arena, you are all awful and horrible people. As is tradition.”

In case you didn’t know, the injury is just an angle and Ilja Dragunov is perfectly fine. We will have to wait and see when Dragunov will return to NXT television as New Year’s Evil is just around the corner.
