Behind-the-Scenes Footage of CM Punk Ahead of WWE SmackDown Return

CM Punk’s comeback at the Survivor Series Premium Live Event sent shockwaves across the world of professional wrestling, which he followed up with an appearance on RAW last week. Now it appears WWE released backstage footage of Punk as he prepares for his Smackdown return.

A lot of things took place during last week’s episode of Monday Night RAW, as new storylines were being built up. CM Punk also closed out the show with his first WWE promo in almost 10 years, which ended up receiving mixed responses.

The December 8 episode of SmackDown will be a special Tribute To The Troops edition of the show, where the main draw is undoubtedly CM Punk’s return after almost a decade.

Ahead of the broadcast, WWE posted video of Punk in Providence, Rhode Island, where Punk could be seen signing autographs for troops before the show. He clearly looked happy signing the autographs as well.

We will have to wait and see what WWE will have planned for the Second City Saint now that he will be returning to the blue brand after almost a decade. Naturally, fans are excited for his comeback in a big way.
