Insight Into Alexa Bliss’ WWE Contract Expiration Date During Her Pregnancy Hiatus

Alexa Bliss and Ryan Cabrera just celebrated the birth of their daughter, Hendrix, but now fans have to wonder when she will be back in action. She admitted that might take bit of time before that in-ring return can happen. That opens up another question about her contract status.

Alexa Bliss has dealt with a lot in recent memory, including getting rid of some skin cancer. Obviously, her current role as a mother is taking priority, but we can only imagine that she has an in-ring return on her mind as well.

Fightful provided a bit of an update on Alexa Bliss’ current WWE contract status. It was noted that Bliss has a WWE deal. “at least through 2023.”

WWE will often freeze contracts for talent who are out of action, so this has likely happened with Alexa Bliss. We have not heard any official confirmation that they are tacking on all that missed time onto her deal, but it’s reasonable to assume that they will add on that time.

We will have to see how this situation is handled under Triple H’s regime. He has done things different from Vince McMahon in the past, but the company’s tendency to freeze contracts when a Superstar is out of action may carry over.
