WarGames marked the conclusion of the show as WWE hosted its last premium live event of the year at Chicago’s Allstate Arena. While there were rumors circulating about CM Punk’s potential return, it was confirmed that Randy Orton was making his comeback. Nevertheless, the Second City Savior made an unexpected return. WWE seemed prepared for it, as Punk has introduced new merchandise.

Ringside News has complete coverage of the entire Survivor Series event. There are ton of headlines for the show, but we have compiled them all in one place for you.

During the press conference after Survivor Series, Triple H answered a question about CM Punk. He was asked how it happened, and what’s next.

“So, this is one of those lightening in a bottle moments that came together very quickly, but we are very excited about it. It’s been a long time, in some ways, it’s been a long time coming. You can say this about CM Punk. Love him, hate him, whatever you want to say. People talk about him.”

“He’s a magnet for that. He’s a conversation starter, and it’s hard to look past that. To me, if the fans want it, and the WWE Universe is excited to have it, let’s go and we’ll figure things out from there.”

“This came together super quick, and that’s why it got to be so tight. There was a lot of speculation, and at the time there was nothing, and it didn’t come together until everyone stopped thinking it was gonna happen. Then all of a sudden, it was happening, but I’m extremely excited. You know, a lot of time has gone by, almost ten years, and if you’re the same person you were ten years ago, you’re messed up. Everyone grows, everyone changes. I’m a different person. He’s a different person. It’s a different company, and we’re all on the even starting ground. What’s next for CM Punk? That will be interesting, won’t it? I’m interested to see it myself. Whatever it is, it’s gonna be a thrill ride for the WWE Universe. We’re thrilled to have him back home in WWE where he belongs.”

CM Punk is back in WWE, and that is a big deal. Triple H was then asked if there was any push from Endeavor to sign Punk, but he said there was none. This deal came together very quick, and now we are all on the ride.

Only time will tell what is next in this situation, but we will be here with all the headlines here at Ringside News. This is certainly going to be an exciting time for everyone involved.
