This week’s edition of WWE NXT was a taped episode. They wanted to give talent a bit of a break for Thanksgiving. They are getting back to live shows next week, and the November 28th episode is already shaping up to be a big one.

A series of taped video segments were featured throughout this week’s episode of NXT on USA. NXT World Tag-Team Champions, Tony D’Angelo and Stacks, were included in one of those segments.

Towards the end of the show, the video series concluded as The Family was unexpectedly attacked from behind by Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo. After assaulting the champions and making a quick getaway, D’Angelo vocally expressed his willingness to grant them a shot at the NXT World Tag-Team Championships, shouting, “If they want it, they got it!”

Additionally, next week’s show will feature Jerry Lawler’s selection of the last two qualifying matches for the Men’s and Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline. It will be nice to see The King back on television.

Wes Lee will also face three former NXT North American Champions, namely Bronson Reed, Johnny Gargano, and Cameron Grimes, in an attempt to earn a chance at Dominik Mysterio’s NXT North American Championship at NXT Deadline.

We will have to see how this all turns out. Odds are next week’s NXT will be worth tuning in to see.
