The Undertaker put his body on the line for the enjoyment of fans and most of them always appreciated that. This commitment has earned him legendary status, but it has its drawbacks. Now it appears The Deadman claimed people accuse him of ruining their childhoods.

The Deadman was a fixture of WWE television for over thirty years, and he continued to be a highlight of WWE television since the early 90s. He finally retired at Survivor Series 2020 and even got inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame last year.

The Phenom was famous for never breaking character and always maintaining the mystique surrounding his character until the very end of his career as a professional wrestler.

While speaking during a recent episode of his Six Feet Under podcast, the Hall of Famer noted that quite a few people accuse him of ruining their childhoods simply because he conducts interviews where he is no longer in character.

“There are people out there that are still mad at me. There are a ton of people that love the fact that I’m talking and doing the 1 Deadman Show and Six Feet Under, but there are still a large group of people that are really upset with me because I don’t talk about taking souls and I’ve kind of opened up, to the point where people have accused me of ruining their childhood.”

The Undertaker also made it clear that he will never wear his iconic attire ever again. Regardless, The Phenom will forever be regarded as one of the true GOATs of the world of professional wrestling and that’s all that matters.
