AEW Full Gear went down in the Kia Forum on November 18th, and fans saw quite a show. Many fans believe that Swerve Strickland’s brutal match with Hangman Page stole the show, and Swerve used his gear to pay tribute to a fallen friend.

Ringside News had complete coverage of AEW Full Gear. During the Texas Death Match between Hangman Page and Swerve Strickland, they put it all on the line.

Swerve Strickland’s attire at Full Gear was a black and white striped design for his tights. Some fans thought that it was Terry Funk tribute, but that was not the case.

Swerve Strickland posted on Instagram to make it clear that his gear was actually a tribute to Bray Wyatt, who passed one day after Terry Funk. Strickland posted a side-by-side of himself at Full Gear next to Bray Wyatt, with a caption that simply read: “RIP Bray.”

The tributes to Bray Wyatt will likely continue forever, as they should. WWE just released a Bray Wyatt Legacy merchandise collection. His name will be spoken about forever when fans discuss the most creative minds in pro wrestling history as well.

Bray Wyatt was an outstanding talent, and the world was robbed when he passed away. Swerve Strickland obviously misses everything that Bray Wyatt was able to represent throughout his life, and this tribute was pretty great to see.
