MJF Admits to Finding Many Aspects of WWE Appealing in Anticipation of Bidding War

MJF has honed his craft as a pro wrestler over the years, as his dedication to his role is truly second to none for many fans. He is the AEW World Champion right now and has already made history in the company. That said, MJF has admitted he likes a lot of things about WWE ahead of his impending bidding war next year.

The Salt of the Earth previously revealed that he will go where the money is after his current AEW contract ends in 2023. MJF even said that there will be a bidding war for him in 2024.

MJF turned his current AEW contract situation into a television storyline. The AEW World Champion has never failed to make several WWE references, including references to Nick Khan, Triple H and Vince McMahon.

While speaking to Sports Illustrated, the Salt of The Earth stated that Tony Khan is trying very hard to keep him in AEW. That said, MJF admitted that he likes a lot of things about WWE.

“Tony Khan is definitely trying his hardest to keep me here,” said Friedman. “There are a lot of things about All Elite Wrestling that I like, but there’s also a lot of things about WWE that I like. What I’m most interested in is money.”

There is also a strong indication that MJF could be leaving AEW after his contract expires. Even Cody Rhodes recently stated that MJF can be big star in WWE. MJF also told WWE talent that he is looking forward to joining the company in 2024. Regardless, it remains to be seen what MJF will do in the end.
