WWE created yearly tradition with their Hall of Fame ceremony. They typically induct one person into the Hall of Fame into the celebrity wing every year, someone who contributed to WWE in their own way without being an official part of the roster. Some fans love that inclusion, but Jake Roberts is not a fan.

Jake Roberts was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2014, but he wasn’t okay with Mr. T getting into the HOF that same year. In fact, Roberts doesn’t want any celebrities in the WWE Hall of Fame.

WWE has their own celebrity wing of their Hall of Fame, but Jake Roberts isn’t about it. He recently complained on his Snake Pit podcast that pro wrestlers can’t have something that is just for them.

“Can’t the wrestlers have one thing? I mean, we don’t get the money. We do — come on. That’s what gets me. They’ll pay one of these wankers $25,000 or 50,000 to go in. Well, what about me?”

Jake Roberts specifically brought up Mr. T in the WWE Hall of Fame, something he didn’t want to see, and it’s something he didn’t understand as he commented to say, “Him in the Hall of Fame, though? He gets in for one or two matches. Whatever. This is for guys that have gone out there and put the work in. That aren’t even involved in the f*cking business getting in.”

When asked if he was okay with Andy Kaufman in the WWE Hall of Fame, Jake “The Snake” Roberts simply replied to say: “F*ck no.” It seems that even Andy Kaufman can’t sway Roberts opinion on things.

We will have to see which celebrities get inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame next. With names like Kid Rock, Donald Trump, and Snoop Dogg already inducted, only time will tell who gets their name called next, but Jake Roberts probably won’t be okay with it.
