WWE has a ton of talent in NXT, who are all waiting for that next opportunity. Some talent must wait a lot longer than others to get their shot on RAW or SmackDown, but one set of former champions is getting their big chance this week.

The Alpha Academy put out an open challenge for RAW this week. It didn’t take very long for the Creed Brothers from NXT to accept the challenge. That match will be a very important one for the former NXT Tag Team Champions, because that will apparently mark the beginning of their main roster run.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that the Creed Brothers’ appearance on RAW this wee is supposed to mark their main roster call-up from NXT. It appears that Alpha Academy is their first challenge on RAW.

I was told that right now, barring any changes, it’s not that it’s 100% right now, but it’s that they’re being called up.”

It was noted that The Creed Brothers should win that match against the Alpha Academy if this is really their call-up. Now, we will have to wait and see how WWE books things. It is certainly an exciting time for Julius and Brutus Creed.

Only time will tell what happens with Ivy Nile, because she’s been the Creed Brothers’ partner outside the ring as they trained together. One would expect that Triple H has his own vision for them, and they are in good hands.

The Creed Brothers held the NXT Tag Team Titles for 92 days last year. Only time will tell how long it takes them to grab championship gold on the main roster.

What’s your take on the Creed Brothers getting a main roster call-up? Let us know what you think about this in the comments section!
