Ronda Rousey lost to Shayna Baszler at SummerSlam, and then she took off. It wasn’t known exactly how much time she had left on her WWE contract, but that has obviously run its course. Now, WWE has moved the Baddest Woman on the Planet back to their alumni section.

Ronda Rousey visited the Lucha VaVOOM event at the Mayan Theater in Los Angeles. Rousey took part in a surprise match, partnering with her long-time friend Marina Shafir. Both female fighters turned pro wrestlers, part of the Four Horsewomen of MMA, participated in a tag team contest against Taya Valkyrie and Brian Kendrick.

Ronda Rousey had her own reasons for wanting to make indie appearances. She is now a free agent and able to do anything she wants to.

AEW may not bring Ronda Rousey to their company, because it might not be cost-effective. That being said, it appears that WWE has finally made the move to bring Rousey over to their alumni section.

Ronda Rousey dropped big hint that she may be interested in working the Pro Wrestling Revolver show in November. So, the indie dates may continue for her.

We will have to see where Ronda Rousey shows up next. She has a lot of options, and the money doesn’t have to be a drawing factor for her anymore, because she’s already made plenty enough to live a very comfortable life at Browsey Acres.
