Tammy Lynn Sytch pleaded no contest to DUI Manslaughter charges. After initially asserting her innocence. As she waits for her court date, she is now seeing one civil case dropped.

There are now some updates on civil lawsuits related to Tammy Lynn Sytch’s DUI arrest in the State of Florida. PW Insider reports that one civil suit has been dropped.

There are two lawsuits filed in Florida in connection with Tammy Lynn Sytch’s DUI arrest. The first lawsuit was brought by the estate of Julian L. Lasseter, the man who tragically lost his life in a three-car traffic incident involving a vehicle driven by Sytch on March 25th, 2022, in Ormond Beach, Florida. This lawsuit named Sytch, her fiancé James Pente, and Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC, the seller of the car Sytch was driving during the incident as defendants.

On September 12th, the Lasseter estate filed a motion to dismiss their lawsuit against Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC with prejudice, which would prevent them from pursuing legal action against the company in the future. This suggests a potential settlement between the parties, although it has not been officially confirmed yet. The court has not responded to this motion.

In January 2023, Lasseter’s daughter, Whitney Hill, reportedly requested that the court allow the addition of Ultimate Motor Cars as a defendant, which was granted. At that time, it was mentioned that Pente did not oppose the inclusion of the new defendant, and Sytch had not filed a responsive pleading. The motion indicated that through the discovery process, Lasseter’s estate had come to believe that Ultimate Motor Cars, LLC might share some responsibility for Lasseter’s tragic passing.

The amended version of the lawsuit revealed that Sytch had initiated the process of purchasing a white 2012 Mercedes-Benz E-Class from ULTIMATE MOTOR CARS around February 3rd, 2022, just a few weeks before her arrest for DUI and driving with a suspended or revoked license on February 24, 2022, in New Jersey. According to the suit, Sytch paid an $8,000 cash down payment to Ultimate Motor Cars, with the remaining amount of the purchase to be financed through a lending institution.

Tammy Lynn Sytch is still waiting in jail, where she has a slew of charges against her, and the prosecutor wants 26 years in prison for the WWE Hall of Famer. Her charges include DUI causing death, causing death while operating a vehicle with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, DUI causing injury, and DUI causing damage to property.

Tammy Lynn Sytch also recently filed motion to receive consideration due to her mental disorders. We will have to see if they grant her any leniency. At this point, Sunny’s tragic story doesn’t show any signs of getting any better for her.
