Tammy Lynn Sytch somehow always found herself in trouble with the law for one reason or another. The WWE Hall of Famer continues to get jailed and makes a mockery of herself even now. Her DUI manslaughter case has truly changed her life and now a Florida State Attorney is seeking 26 years of incarceration for Tammy Sytch.

As previously reported, Sytch was involved in a fatal three-car crash last year. The driver of the vehicle hit by Sytch, identified as Julian Lafrancis Lasseter Jr. of Daytona Beach Shores, was transported to Halifax Health Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Due to this, Sytch was arrested as it was determined that the wreck was her fault, and that was just the start of it. It was also reported that Sytch faces maximum prison sentence of 25 years after pleading no contest to DUI Manslaughter charges. After initially asserting her innocence to all charges, she changed her plea in court just before the case was set to go to trial.

According to PWInsider, Florida State Attorney RJ Larizza filed a sentencing memorandum on September 26th, in advance of her sentencing next month on numerous criminal charges before The Seventh Judicial Circuit Court.

In the aforementioned memorandum, RJ Larizza called Tammy Sytch a ‘danger to society’ and wrote a detailed list of dates regarding all of her brushes with the law and numerous visits to jail. It is to be noted that the maximum sentence for the DUI Manslaughter charge is 15 years in prison. The Attorney is also seeking the maximum sentence of 10.663 years for her Driving While License Suspended with Death charge. Therefore, the Attorney wants her to be incarcerated for 26 years.

Tammy Sytch also looks complete different in recent photo. Only time will tell whether she will end up spending the rest of her days behind bars, as that seems likely now.
