Will Ospreay is considered one of the best pro wrestlers of the last decade, as he had incredible matches in many companies all over the world. His free agency status continues to be a topic of discussion and now Ospreay has revealed that Impact Wrestling is in the running to be his home next year once he becomes a free agent.
Will Ospreay continues to make his mark all over the world, as his stock rises with every single match. After all, Will Ospreay has managed to battle with the best of the best the business has to offer, honing his craft every time.
Will Ospreay’s contract with NJPW expires in February 2024 and fans wonder where he’ll go next. While speaking to Sports Illustrated, Will Ospreay revealed that Impact Wrestling is in the running to be his home next year.
“The deal is up in February, and we’re still in negotiations. I’m looking to explore every single option and every single avenue. Impact Wrestling is in the running for my next home. I’m willing to test the waters. So this match against Mike Bailey is a real treat for me, and I’m excited to do it, especially with what could happen next year.”
Will Ospreay will be squaring off against Eddie Edwards at the Turning Point event on October 27th at the Walker Dome in Newcastle. We’ll have to wait and see how the match will turn out and if he will end up signing with Impact Wrestling next year.
