Adam Cole’s injury is worse than some thought, and this isn’t good news. He was going strong as 1/2 of the ROH Tag Team Champions. He was also involved in a main event storyline with MJF, but that was stopped suddenly when he had to go out of action. Now, the former NXT Champion will be out of action with multiple surgeries.

Adam Cole appeared on AEW Dynamite this week. There may have been big audio issues, which AEW had to correct, but he was still on the show. That being said, don’t expect to see Mr. Bay-Bay in the ring again any time soon.

During Adam Cole’s recent Twitch stream, he revealed that doctors have told him that he will need two surgeries on his ankle. That is not the news that anyone wanted to hear.

Adam Cole is set to have 4 plates and 4 screws put in him in the process. Cole also said that this is the most painful injury he’s ever been through, but he’s confident that he will return to the ring.

That being said, it doesn’t appear that Adam Cole has even gone under the knife yet. This is disappointing, because every week that he’s out of action is costing AEW even more time without a top star. Hopefully, Adam Cole can get his injury corrected, so he can start that long road to recovery once again.

Adam Cole said that he destroyed his ankle, and that was not good news. He did this at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam in Arthur Ashe Stadium, but he wasn’t even in a match. Cole hurt his ankle as he walked down the ramp during the MJF and Samoa Joe main event match for the AEW World Title. Despite Cole’s injury, he was still able to get through his part in that match.
