John Cena is a brand of his own and his name continues to be high value no matter what. The Leader of Cenation might have adopted a part-timer role over the last six years, but he is now on the longest run during his current stint in WWE. He was a major part of Smackdown this week and it appears Cena competed in a dark match after Smackdown.

As seen on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, John Cena had the odds stacked against him during the contract signing for his match against Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso. However, LA Knight came out and ended up signing the contract and became Cena’s partner for Fastlane.

After Friday Night Smackdown went off the air, he was confronted by Dominik Mysterio and eventually a match between the two was set up. In the end, the leader of Cenation defeated Mysterio.

We will have to wait and see whether John Cena and LA Knight will be able to defeat Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso in the tag team match at WWE Fastlane next week, as fans are certainly excited for the event.
