R-Truth’s Latest Injury Update Is An Incredibly Positive One

WWE sent R-Truth to NXT for one match in November 2022, but that included a terrible spot that caused serious quad injury for the most-decorated WWE 24/7 Champion in history. He had to have surgery, and then the long road to recovery followed. Now we have a very positive update on his situation.

R-Truth has spoken in the past about his in-ring return, and he gave a positive sign that it is coming sooner than later. We can now state that he is ready for that return when it comes to his doctor’s orders.

Ringside News has been able to confirm that R-Truth has been medically cleared for his return to the ring. That quad tear was unexpected, but the veteran pro wrestler is set for his comeback very soon. We haven’t heard about any creative ideas for him at this time.

R-Truth has been very transparent with fans about his time away from the ring. Hopefully, he can make a return and have another run in him, because that hiatus from in-ring competition was not in the plan at all.
