WWE has a lot of things in the pipeline, and John Cena’s return certainly gave them something else to feature on television. As Ringside News exclusively reported, the current SAG-AFTRA Strike helped usher in John Cena’s return to the company. Now, they are making WrestleMania plans for the 16x World Champion.

BWE posted on X to drop a bit of a spoiler on WrestleMania plans. It appears that WWE is discussing the idea of John Cena vs Solo Sikoa at the showcase of the immortals or the Royal Rumble.

“Cena vs Solo for Royal Rumble/WreslteMania is currently looked at.”

We will have to see what WWE does with John Cena. He will work for them when he can, and if Hollywood remains at a standstill, then that opens up his schedule considerably.

That being said, Hollywood’s pause could end at any moment, and big budget productions that John Cena was previously attached to could start up again. This is an uncertain time when it comes to Cena’s longterm booking, but it’s nice to see WWE talking about Cena’s future at two big upcoming shows.
