WWE RAW brought an interesting show this week, but there were a few changes thorughout the broadcast. Now, we have even more information about exactly how long Vince McMahon has been “back” after taking a medical leave after his spinal surgery.

Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that there were changes made for RAW this week. We previously noted what those changes were, and there were a couple significant ones.

We previously reported that a lot of time that was cut added more time to Rhea Ripley vs Raquel Rodriguez in the main event of RAW this week. It seems that those changes for Vince McMahon are nothing new.

The report from Fightful went on to say that Vince McMahon was calling in changes as early as SmackDown last week. That being said, the changes he made to the blue brand were small.

We asked a WWE talent about Vince McMahon’s general involvement over the weekend, and were told that McMahon was calling in changes as recently as Smackdown regarding minor details that were in the script. We’re working to find out how long he’s been contributing again, as he was out of action for a while following major spinal surgery.

Ringside News exclusively reported in early August that the general thought within the creative team was that Vince McMahon’s medical leave wouldn’t last long at all. It seems that was on point.

We will keep our ears open for more information about Vince McMahon making more changes to WWE programming. It appears that Mr. McMahon is back in the saddle, and ready to make changes as he sees fit.
