Sean Sapp noted behind Fightful’s paywall that there were changes made for RAW this week. We previously noted what those changes were.

Changes included Cody Rhodes being moved later in the WWE Raw show from his originally scheduled opening slot. Instead, Jey Uso opened the show. Cody’s segment ended up with the same time allocation as originally planned.

The Viking Raiders vs. Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin had initially been set after the Baszler/Chelsea Green match but got moved to the Main Event tapings, which Adam Pearce was supposed to oversee.

Natalya vs. Zoey Stark, initially planned for the Main Event tapings, was canceled. Plans for them fluctuated throughout the day, and Natalya eventually appeared in a backstage segment. One source noted that bringing Natalya to the Raw tapings without utilizing her in any way would have been considered disrespectful, especially given her efforts in India after Becky Lynch couldn’t make the trip.

It was further reported that a lot of those changes went to add more time to Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez’s match.

We’re told that some of the time adjustments ended up going to the presentation of the main event between Raquel Rodriguez and Rhea Ripley.

Internally, there were two segments that weren’t listed with specifics — after the Judgment Day tag match, and after the six man tags. The Becky Lynch/Tiffany Stratton, and several Jey Uso segments were budgeted in those.

We will have to see how everything shapes up in the next few months. Obviously, a lot of things can change around the company with the new TKO Holdings Group.

Triple H will keep his position as Chief Content Officer in WWE will stay the same after the merger with UFC. That being said, Vince McMahon is always around to make those changes, even remotely.
