GUNTHER Sets New Record for Longest Intercontinental Championship Reign in WWE

In a historic moment on WWE RAW, GUNTHER officially surpassed The Honky Tonk Man’s long-standing record for the longest reign as Intercontinental Champion in WWE history. This achievement came after a successful title defense against Chad Gable.

To commemorate this monumental accomplishment, WWE has announced that a special Intercontinental Championship celebration will be held on the upcoming Monday’s episode of RAW. GUNTHER, alongside his Imperium comrades, will take part in the festivities.

Additionally, the upcoming RAW episode will feature a WWE Women’s World Championship match between Rhea Ripley and Raquel Rodriguez, with Dominik Mysterio banned from ringside. Cody Rhodes is also set to make his return to WWE RAW.
