Drew McIntyre is one of the most established WWE Superstars of the past decade, as he won the WWE Championship twice. He is back on WWE television as a regular and it appears McIntyre is willing to explore a potential career in Bollywood.

The Scottish Warrior was on a hiatus following his Intercontinental Championship match at WrestleMania 39. Drew McIntyre‘s status was also up in the air regarding his deal with the company at the time. It didn’t help that he still had not signed new contract.

That said, he came back at Money In the Bank and competed in a match with Gunther at SummerSlam, where he lost. While speaking with Hindustan Times, Drew McIntyre was asked about potentially transitioning to Bollywood. McIntyre made it clear that he is willing to explore a potential career in Bollywood.

”I mean if the opportunity arises, I’m always going to explore it. I’m just hearing now, the commercials with John Abraham winning a bunch of awards. I never knew but they were just telling me now.

It’s been winning a lot of awards. It was so much fun to film those commercials, and the process was fun to see.

The result was incredible. And I just had the opportunity to work in a movie in Budapest recently, I can’t give too many details but keep your eyes out and it’ll be coming soon. And you never know what the future holds for Drew in Bollywood, but I’m open to everything,”

The Scottish Warrior has seen a lot of success inside and outside of WWE over the years, so it remains to be seen when McIntyre will end up having a career in Bollywood, as fans are intrigued by the idea.
