Logan Paul’s Fiancé Nina Agdal Files Restraining Order Against Dillon Danis

Dillon Danis has been going at Nina Agdal online as she came into the line of fire after his boxing match against Logan Paul was announced. This has now prompted her to take legal action against him. Agdal has filed a lawsuit and requested a restraining order to stop Danis’ behavior.

Logan Paul is set to fight Dillon Danis on October 14 and The Maverick has taken lot of trolling from his future opponent. Danis has taken constant shots at Paul’s fiancé, Nina Agdal, and now it’s a legal matter.

Nina Agdal submitted legal documents, obtained by TMZ Sports, indicating that Dillon Danis has posted offensive content about her more than 250 times since his fight with Logan Paul was announced earlier this summer. Agdal claims that Danis’ actions have caused her humiliation, emotional distress, and harm to her reputation. She alleges that one particular post made by Danis on August 11th violated federal and state laws.

In the lawsuit, Nina Agdal states that Dillon Danis shared a sexually explicit image of her without her consent. This image was from an intimate encounter that occurred over a decade ago. She further mentions that Danis initially refused to remove the image until Misfits Boxing, the organization behind the Danis vs. Paul fight, threatened to cancel the bout.

Nina Agdal also cited another troubling tweet from Danis on August 28th, which featured a video of her from more than six years ago discussing her desire for intimacy during a period of celibacy. She believes that Dillon Danis either hacked her personal account or obtained the private video from someone who did.

Nina Agdal is seeking unspecified damages in the lawsuit but insists on no less than $150,000 per violation of the federal law against sharing intimate images. Additionally, she is requesting a restraining order that would prohibit Danis from posting sexually explicit images of her in the future. This request comes in response to Danis’ repeated threats to release further damaging images.

In response, Dillon Danis has shown no remorse for his actions, claiming that they are helping promote his upcoming fight with Paul. He commented on the lawsuit via X, mentioning Agdal’s legal actions and indicating that the fight might be in jeopardy if he were to be imprisoned. Danis also made derogatory comments about Logan Paul.

This situation is far from over, and it will all go down in a boxing match soon enough. We will have to see if Dillon Danis abides by this new restraining order, but it certainly seems like Nina Adgal and Logan Paul aren’t playing around anymore.
