Natalya has been a cornerstone of WWE’s women’s division since her debut in 2008, maintaining a prominent presence throughout her tenure. However, it’s a fact that her WWE contract will expire and now we have an update on that situation.

Natalya is someone WWE knows they can depend on to fulfil any role she is put to task, whether that’s as a heel, babyface or as mentor in NXT. We had also reported that Natalya’s WWE deal is set to expire within the next couple of months.

While speaking on Fightful Select’s Q&A podcast, Sean Ross Sapp reported that WWE and Natalya has yet to come to terms on an agreement for a new contract at the moment.

“Not yet, they are on talks.”

Natalya choosing not to stay with the company would be a big blow, especially for NXT where talent have got the opportunity to interact and learn from the best in the world. We’ll have to wait and see what she ends up doing.

Do you feel Natalya will stick with WWE and sign a new contract? Sound off in the comments section below!
