LA Knight saw an unexpectedly huge wave of momentum come his direction this year, and it hasn’t stopped yet. The former Eli Drake also apparently saw his name placed on top of a very important internal WWE list.
SmackDown has not been able to keep LA Knight exclusive either, as he’s appeared on RAW as well. That being said, he’s still listed internally as a SmackDown Superstar on the company’s roster.
Wrestle Votes reported on X that LA Knight is now “the top babyface” on the internal listings. This is a huge moment for him.
“The latest ‘talent board,’ which is used internally, saw an update post Payback on 9/3. Interesting news from the SmackDown side lists LA Knight as the top babyface.
LA Knight is still waiting for his big moment where he finally gets a huge win. At this point, he is incredibly popular, as fans can’t wait to yell his “YEAH” catchphrase and hear him say, “LEMME TALK TO YA!” It seems to be a winning combination so far.
LA Knight also worked for a long time to see this moment in his career. He’s not stopping now, as every promo includes the confidence that he’s displayed for years. Obviously, WWE realizes the kind of potential they have with him.
