CM Punk and Tony Khan reportedly had heated argument backstage at All In London. Although Khan declined to comment on that at all, the whole situation after Punk’s confrontation with Jack Perry resulted on a double suspension. Now, there is almost zero chance that CM Punk will be back by AEW All Out.

AEW has hope that they will have some kind after an investigation into the matter. If anything, the company certainly has lot of things to figure out. Sadly, CM Punk will probably miss All Out now because of it.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that this situation was so serious backstage that Tony Khan actually made a change to the show’s line-up. The call was made to put the ROH Tag Team Title match with the Young Bucks and FTR first instead, but thankfully things were able to calm down.

“It was serious enough that Khan made the call for the Young Bucks and FTR to open the show.”

Samoa Joe reportedly stepped up to be real leader backstage during this situation. He was able to talk CM Punk off a ledge when he wanted to quit the company, and they had their opening match.

We previously repoted that neurtal source, who is not a wrestler, said that CM Punk sucker punched Jack Perry. That is not a good look, but luckily, the whole messy ordeal was also caught on camera.

We will keep a close eye on this story, and so much more, right here at Ringside News. There could be a lot more to unpack by the end of the weekend, and we will be here with constant updates.
