Carmella Expresses Desire To Have Mixed Tag Match With Corey Graves Before Retiring

Carmella has carved out a spot for herself in the WWE women’s division, despite not fitting the mould of a gifted in-ring performer. Mella overcame personal tragedy while back and was supported by friends, family and her fans throughout that entire ordeal. Now it appears she really wants to have a mixed tag team match with Corey Graves before retiring.

The former SmackDown Women’s champion came out of a personal family tragedy. Carmella, alongside her husband Corey Graves, was expecting their first child. However, she announced that she suffered a miscarriage back in October.

Carmella stayed strong and then previously stated that she wanted to have baby this year. Thankfully, Carmella will finally get her wish as the WWE Superstar announced that she is pregnant.

Carmella was recently asked on her Instagram what is one thing she would want to do before retiring. Carmella then expressed her desire to have a mixed tag team match with Corey Graves before retiring.

“Ok, one thing to accomplish before I call it quits? I would love to have a mixed tag with my husband. I think that would be so amazing – for him to have a return match and for me to tag with him would be a dream. I think that would be so cool. I feel like I’ve done everything else. I’ve won the titles, I’ve won big matches, I’ve been part of big matches and I’m so grateful for everything in my career for everything in my career, but that would be something just so fun and different”

Carmella also confirmed she will make her return to the squared circle after her pregnancy. It remains to be seen whether Carmella will get her wish in the end.
