CM Punk is undoubtedly one of the biggest names on the AEW roster, but many fans feel his ego will become his undoing. His latest drama is concerning a backstage fight with Jack Perry during AEW All In and now it appears Booker T believes everyone should fall in line behind CM Punk.

During AEW All In Zero Hour, Jack Perry made reference to his controversy with CM Punk when it came to using real glass. This led to CM Punk and Perry having a backstage fight prior to Punk’s match at All In London and a lot of drama ensued afterwards.

It was reported that CM Punk and Jack Perry have been suspended following their backstage confrontation. While speaking on his Hall of Fame podcast, Booker T addressed the drama surrounding AEW right now. Booker T stated that he believes everyone should fall in line behind CM Punk as there is a pecking order in AEW.

“You’ve gotta understand the pecking order, though, Brad. I’m not jumping on CM Punk’s side here or anything like that, but you got to know the pecking order. Tony Khan brought CM Punk in to quarterback this thing, right? When the quarterback come in, what letter do he got on his jersey? [“C,” Gilmore responded] Bam. Everybody fall in line, dammit.”

AEW President Tony Khan was also urged to fire Jack Perry after his confrontation with CM Punk. Their backstage fight also killed morale in AEW. We’ll have to wait and see whether more strict actions will be taken against CM Punk and Jack Perry.
