Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair is one of the biggest names in the world of professional wrestling. Flair’s accomplishments are truly second to none and it appears Flair has a very lofty fitness goal after turning 75.

As fans are aware, Ric Flair’s health has not always been the best. He has been in and out of hospital for a long time and almost died on multiple occasions, with his 2019 heart surgery being the worst.

The Nature Boy last competed at the age of 73 in his final match, where he got to retire on his own terms. While speaking on This Past Weekend with Theo Von, Ric Flair revealed that he wants to bench press 225 pounds after turning 75.

“I want to bench press 225 five times and I want to do the 500 free squats in 14 minutes again. It’s very doable, but you have to do it.”
