SummerSlam is building fast toward August 5th in Detroit’s Ford Field. Now, we know a stipulation that could be added to another big match.

Although Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar’s match was rumored to have a stipulation attached, that hasn’t happened yet. That singles match also isn’t the only contest on the card that could see an interesting addition.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter also noted that Ronda Rousey and Shayna Baszler’s match at SummerSlam could still get an interesting stipulation. After all, in recent memory, he Queen of Spades has called for “a fight” at the biggest party of the summer.

“Rousey vs. Baszler in promos will be “a fight.” We’re told the idea is not a street fight but more of an MMA rules type of match, which makes sense with both having extensive backgrounds.”

WWE could always slap a no DQ stipulation on that match and call it a day. Then again, they also have a fight pit set that they could always break out. Only time will tell how far Shayna Baszler and Ronda Rousey go at SummerSlam.
