Call For Cody Rhodes To Get A Dominant Win Over Brock Lesnar

Cody Rhodes came back to WWE at WrestleMania 38 last year and wasted no time in making an impact after defeating Seth Rollins in his return match. Rhodes is one of the biggest names in Vince McMahon’s company right now. That said, it appears some want Cody Rhodes to have a dominant win over Brock Lesnar.

The American Nightmare immediately began feuding with Brock Lesnar after WrestleMania 39. They both have one win over each order and will now battle it out in their trilogy match at SummerSlam.

While speaking on the latest edition of Jim Cornette’s Drive-Thru, the WWE veteran talked about Cody Rhodes and Brock Lesnar’s recent brawl on Monday Night RAW. Cornette made it clear that he believes Cody Rhodes should have a dominant win over The Beast Incarnate.

“How are they gonna get by with or get away with or is there any way to that, Cody beating Brock pretty decisively? I don’t know that Brock should ever tap out in a WWE ring but he should beat him 1-2-3 at this point with – I’m not saying there can’t be shenanigans in the finish but it can’t be like somebody hits Brock with a truck and he’s laying there and Cody steals it. It has to be Cody doing something pretty dominant 1-2-3.”

We will have to wait and see how WWE will book their feud as we head towards SummerSlam next month.
