Ridge Holland has been one of the mainstays of Friday Night Smackdown after he joined up with Sheamus and Butch. He was part of a match with Pretty Deadly on SmackDown and it was Elton Prince getting injured. It appears that he hit back at injury accusations after SmackDown.

As seen on this week’s episode of Friday Night Smackdown, The Brawling Brutes faced off against Pretty Deadly in a tag team match. During the match’s closing moments, Elton Prince exposed the turnbuckle and sent Ridge crashing into it. He hit his signature leg drop off the top rope for the victory.

However, Elton Prince ended up suffering separated shoulder injury. This led to many fans accusing Ridge Holland of injuring Prince the same way he injured Big E. In a now deleted tweet, Holland hit back at all the accusations. It appears he also deactivated his Twitter after that.

So to set people straight before they get all pissy! It wasn’t the belly to belly…..it was a wonky landing from the pounce. Out of my control. Wishing @EltonPrince_PD a speedy recovery,

Elton Prince has already commented on his injury. Regardless, accidents happen all the time in the world of professional wrestling and Ridge Holland shouldn’t be blamed for the injury.
