WWE’s brands have somewhat been blurred, and their Superstars can appear on different rosters. That being said, fans should expect a different face on SmackDown this week.

Despite WWE’s recent roster split during the draft, it appears that talent from RAW and SmackDown are still crossing brand lines and performing on both shows. That will be the case for Cody Rhodes this week.

Cody Rhodes took to social media to announce his presence in Raleigh, North Carolina, for the upcoming episode of SmackDown on Friday, July 14th.

Just this past Saturday at Money In The Bank, Rhodes showcased his skills by triumphing over the brash and arrogant Dominik Mysterio of The Judgment Day, securing a significant victory.

It is interesting to see Cody Rhodes on a SmackDown show. That doesn’t mean he will appear on television, but he might be a dark match attraction for those loyal North Carolina fans.
