Zelina Vega Wants Malakai Black To Make WWE Return

Zelina Vega’s stock has been on a continuous rise ever since she returned to WWE last year. While Vega did have to go on a hiatus again due to injury, she remained relevant on social media and fans didn’t forget her either. She is married to AEW star Malakai Black and it appears Vega wants Black to return to WWE.

Malakai Black signed with WWE in June 2016. He soon became one of the hottest acts in WWE NXT and went on to become the NXT Champion. Black was released by WWE in June 2020 as part of the budget cuts stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic.

Malakai Black signed with AEW in July 2021 and while he initially had a subpar run, things are better now as he is one-third of the AEW trios champion as part of The House Of Black.

While speaking in a recent interview with Seconds Out, Zelina Vega addressed whether she would like her husband to return to WWE. Vega made it clear she would love for Malakai Black to return.

“[Would you want him back in WWE?] Absolutley. Yeah, absolutely. I mean any extra time that I can spend with my husband is the better.”

Zelina Vega also wants to have ‘Spider-Man’ moment with AJ Lee. We will have to wait and see whether Malakai Black will end up returning to WWE and join his wife somewhere down the line.
