Bret Hart is a WWE Hall of Famer, and his in-ring skills earned him all the fame and recognition a pro wrestler would ever want. However, he truly changed after what transpired during The Montreal Screwjob. Hart is old now and is susceptible to health issues from time to time. It appears that Bret Hart was forced to cancel a public appearance due to his poor health.

Bret Hart is still a major name in the world of professional wrestling and his influence in the business is certainly without equal. In fact, he is still a huge part of pop culture in general right now.

The WWE Hall Of Famer had been involved in helping the Veteran’s Food Bank for a while now. In fact, he was set to make an appearance at the Hitman’s Bar in Calgary for a “Birthday Celebration” to help the cause.

However, Bret Hart took to his official Instagram account and announced that he was not feeling well after his recent travels and was advised by the doctor to stay home and rest. Therefore, Hart had to cancel the scheduled public appearance.

“Dear Friends, Family & Fans. Unfortunately, after recent travel I am currently not feeling well & as per doctors orders I was asked to say home & rest. It saddens me greatly as I was genuinely looking forward to seeing all my beloved friends, family, and fans this Saturday. I deeply apologize for not being able to make it to the event as planned.

However, I am immensely grateful for the generosity of everyone who contributed to the veterans food band (Sic) fof Calgary. Your support means the world to me, and I promise to make it up to you in the future. Please understand that my absence is due to circumstances beyond my control, and I appreciate your consideration and continued support.”

We certainly hope Bret Hart gets as much rest as needed so that he can go back to attending public events for a good cause. We will keep you updated on his health condition right here at Ringside News.
