WWE brought a full show to television this week for RAW, and Vince McMahon’s fingerprints were all over the episode. It seems that he even made a call for Tommaso Ciampa to break out the beard dye.

Tommaso Ciampa appeared on WWE RAW this week, but his beard was darker than it was last week. His signature gray beard was dyed darker, and that was apparently a call from Vince McMahon.

During Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer stated that Tommaso Ciampa dyed his beard because Vince McMahon hates that color in facial hair. He also wants to present Superstars as younger, so Ciampa’s beard color needed to change.

“You notice that Ciampa dyed his beard? That’s another sign of Vince McMahon. You know, Vince hates gray, and Ciampa came back with a gray beard like he usually has, and he dyed it.”

We’ll have to see what is next for Tommaso Ciampa in WWE. Vince McMahon is still able to insert his creative say-so, and it seems that there is no shortage of suggestions. Only time will tell if McMahon’s booking ideas will get in the way of Triple H’s plan for the former NXT Champion.

Vince McMahon seemingly has a renewed interest in getting his hands dirty with WWE creative. Now, it appears that Tommaso Ciampa’s hair color was a victim of that. For more information, keep checking back with us here at Ringside News.
