Reason Why WWE Hasn’t Used Grayson Waller Much Since Call-Up From NXT

WWE called up a few people from NXT as part of the 2023 Draft. Grayson Waller was included on the SmackDown side as the final name called in the supplemental draft, and his involvement in WWE is just getting started.

WWE brought his Grayson Waller Effect segment to SmackDown, and they had their first episode last week. That doesn’t mean he can’t get down to action when the time is right.

One fan tweeted out to BWE as he said, “Hey Boozer … is Grayson injured and that is why nothing in ring for him? Thought something happened in his final NXT match with Carmelo Hayes.”

The bona fide WWE insider, who has a proven track record at this point, tweeted back in reply to this tweet. Grayson Waller is not injured in the slightest. In fact, he’s fine, but WWE is just transitioning him into an on-screen role in a different way.

Hes good. Its a matter of slowly introducing him.

We will have to see what’s next for Grayson Waller in WWE. Obviously, he has a lot of potential, and only time will tell how long it takes for him to do great things on the main roster.
