WWE and Saudi Arabia agreed to a 10-year deal with Saudi Arabia, and Night of Champions was the latest event coming from their agreement. It was a huge success in many ways for WWE and now it appears the event even set an insane viewership record for Saudi Arabia.

The event featured numerous title matches, including Seth Rollins becoming the inaugural World Heavyweight Champion. Becky Lynch and Trish Stratus had a solid match as well.

Of course, the biggest highlight was the main event, where Jimmy Uso ended up betraying Roma Reigns after hitting him with two superkicks back to back during the tag team match.

According to Fightful’s paywall, the WWE Night of Champions Premium Live Event scored WWE the highest viewership out of any of the company’s Saudi Arabia events since their partnership started.

It was further added that Night of Champions brought in an 18% increase in viewership compared to last year’s Crown Jewel event and that WWE is very happy with its holiday weekend results. We will have to wait and see whether their next venture into Saudi Arabia will be as successful, if not more.
