WWE has a lot of plans for the future, and Roman Reigns is still standing tall as head of the table. The company also has a roster full of Superstars who all want to take down the Tribal Chief. Now, we know what the company has in store.

Cody Rhodes was not able to finish his story against Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39. Odds are, fans will get a chance to see him rectify that eventually.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter noted that WWE’s long-term direction will see Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes face off. It was also noted that this is a strong possibility for a WrestleMania match.

As far as long-term goes, Reigns vs. Rhodes is the long-term direction for the ultimate destination match. WrestleMania is a strong possibility but this far out there are so many things that can happen

We will have to see how everything pans out. Obviously, Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes will have to do a lot to circle back to each other. It appears that WWE has a plan to make that happen.

Ringside News exclusively reported that WWE has their WrestleMania main event in mind already. Only time will tell how long it takes for fans to see the writing on the wall.
