Cody Rhodes did not beat Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39, but he jumped right into a feud with Brock Lesnar after that. With Night of Champions coming on Saturday, the company needs to make Cody look strong for his next battle with Brock Lesnar.

BWE tweeted out an update on WWE’s plan for Cody Rhodes on RAW this week. It seems that they are going to give the American Nightmare a big rub on his way to Night of Champions. It wasn’t noted who will put Cody over, but they’re planning a big closing segment this week.

Cody Rhodes has a ton of potential in WWE, and the company is obviously going to give him all the room they can to ensure his success. He also threw some shade at Roman Reigns during a recent WWE live event, so that story might not be 100% over either.

Only time will tell how things turn out for Rhodes in Saudi Arabia, but he is currently massive underdog in the betting odds for Night of Champions. At least he will apparently get a big win before the pay-per-view.
