The status of Roman Reigns for the upcoming WWE Money in the Bank 2023 event in London, England has been officially confirmed. WWE has issued a press release confirming Reigns’ presence at the event, putting an end to speculation surrounding his involvement in the event.

Reigns is scheduled to appear live at The O2 in London for both SmackDown on Friday, June 30, and Money in the Bank on Saturday, July 1, 2023. This announcement comes as exciting news for fans, as Reigns’ presence adds to the star-studded lineup for the event.

Also, SmackDown will be broadcast live and in primetime from the UK for the first time ever, airing at 8pm local time on BT Sport. Money in the Bank, on the other hand, marks the first WWE Premium Live Event to be held in London in over two decades, creating an extra level of anticipation among fans.

Tickets for both SmackDown and Money in the Bank will be available for purchase starting Friday, May 19 at 10am BST through Ticketmaster.co.uk and TheO2.co.uk.

STAMFORD, Conn., May 17, 2023 – WWE® (NYSE: WWE) today announced that Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will appear live at The O2 in London for SmackDown on Friday, June 30, and Money In The Bank on Saturday, July 1, 2023. 

Final remaining single event tickets for SmackDown and Money In The Bank will be available this Friday, May 19 at 10am BST via Ticketmaster.co.uk and TheO2.co.uk.

This marks the first time ever that SmackDown will broadcast live and in primetime from the UK at 8pm local on BT Sport. Money In The Bank marks the first WWE Premium Live Event to be held in London in over two decades.

The other names on WWE.com that are advertised for Money in the Bank currently are Cody Rhodes, Bianca Belair, Rhea Ripley, Seth ‘Freakin’ Rollins and Becky Lynch.

Drew McIntyre was originally on that list but was removed and replaced with Reigns a couple of weeks ago, as McIntyre’s uncertain status with WWE continues to come into question.

We also know that Reigns is set to team with Solo Sikoa to challenge Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia on May 27, and he’s being advertised for SummerSlam on August 5 as well.

It’s worth noting that Reigns is also set to compete at Night of Champions in Saudi Arabia on May 27, where he will team up with Solo Sikoa to challenge Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship.

Additionally, Reigns has been advertised for SummerSlam on August 5, further solidifying his presence in WWE’s upcoming events.
