WWE released a lot of people over the past couple of years, and Triple H has done what he could to bring several of his favorites back. Now we might see another talent return, because they were spotted at the WWE Performance Center.

Sha Samuels was released from his WWE NXT UK contract as part of sweeping releases. Mass firings are nothing new in WWE, and they were a way of life for a while during the pandemic.

Triple H loved the NXT UK brand, and he was a supporter of many stars there. Sha Samuels’ firing was not his call at all, but he might be able to do something to reverse that now.

PW Insider reported behind their elite paywall that Sha Samuels was spotted at the WWE Performance Center yesterday. It wasn’t noted that he was offered a deal, or if he’s even coming back, but his location is very interesting.

Former NXT UK star Sha Samuels was at the WWE Performance Center yesterday in Orlando. He had been released from the company in August 2022.

We will have to see if Sha Samuels makes a return to television soon enough. He has a lot to offer in the ring, and one would think that if NXT UK had the viewership that they deserved during its run then the brand would still be going today, complete with Sha Samuels on board.

This is an interesting situation because there are a lot of possibilities after the WWE Draft. NXT will be a totally different brand in one week’s time after those 2023 WWE Draft choices are put into effect on May 8th after WWE Backlash.

We will have continued coverage of NXT, and everything else going on in the pro wrestling world, right here at Ringside News.

What’s your take on this situation? Do you think that NXT needs Sha Samuels? Sound off in the comments!
