Omos wasted no time in becoming a force to be reckoned with in WWE, thanks to his imposing stature and intense energy. Omos has some surprising supporters and that’s not really a surprise anymore for him. That said, not everyone is a fan of his current booking in WWE and it appears Omos addressed the criticism.

Omos signed with WWE in January 2019 and eventually got paired up with AJ Styles in 2020, going on to win the RAW Tag Team Championships at WrestleMania 37. His last feud saw him face off against Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 39 and fans didn’t like it at all.

Now Omos is currently feuding with Seth Rollins, which many fans believe is completely unnecessary and lacking in logic. This is nothing new as fans have been criticizing Omos since day one.

While speaking with Shakiel Mahjouri of SHAK Wrestling, Omos talked about fan backlash concerning his booking in WWE. Omos made it clear that it is all good as long as he gets reactions from fans and that he is focused on making them shut up with his performances. Omos also briefly mentioned his performance at Crown Jewel 2022 with Braun Strowman.

“I just gotta perform for me. As long as (the crowd) enjoys it, I see everything (about me) online… but at the end of the day all you gotta do is go out, perform, and make them shut up.

I remember all the doubters before we went out there and had that good match that we did. Sometimes you just gotta show that you are who you are

Omos is set to square off against Seth Rollins at the WWE Backlash Premium Live Event next month. We exclusively reported that Seth Rollins isn’t being punished with this match. Regardless, we’ll have to see how Omos will fare in the match against The Visionary.

What’s your take on what Omos said? Do you think he will shut his critics up? Sound off in the comments!
