The pro wrestling business is full of second and third generation stars, people who are carrying on their family’s legacy in the ring. It seems we could see two more additions to that list soon enough.

Jazzy Yang, the daughter of former WWE star Jimmy Wang Yang is wrestling on the independent scene. Her first match went down in 2021, and she’s still working on the indies. Her last match saw her win a match against Troy Magnum at a CEW event in Savannah, Georgia.

Also, Jaden Funaki started training at the Hybrid School of Wrestling in San Antonio, TX. We’ll have to see what the future holds for him in the pro wrestling business.

You never know who WWE will bring into NXT next, but it would make a lot of sense if fans see those two make the leap to WWE eventually. After all, their family connections might be able to help them get their foot in the door.

WWE has seen several second and third generation Superstars make their way to the company and find huge success. While having pro wrestling in your blood doesn’t guarantee big things, it certainly can’t hurt things.

Which second generation Superstar do you think WWE will sign next? What’s your take on WWE bringing in Jimmy Wang and Funaki’s kids? Sound off in the comments!.
