According to a report from Fightful’s paywall, Vince McMahon cut a good chunk of time from Mustafa Ali and Chad Gable’s match in Chicago. Ali won the match, to pop his home city crowd, but apparently they were supposed to do more in the ring.

If you thought the Mustafa Ali vs. Chad Gable match was abrupt, there’s a reason. It was only scheduled for one segment, but still had minutes cut from it.

It was also noted that, “there were several matches that had time cut from them, there were winners and losers changed, and there were set-ups to get into the finish changed.” Obviously, Vince McMahon was in the mood to change things up this week.

It was not noted which matches Vince McMahon changed around, but there were apparently some contests that got his personal attention this week. We have heard that he made a few changes, but it doesn’t seem like it was anywhere near the level of frustration so far that the WWE roster dealt with on the RAW after WrestleMania.

What’s your take on Vince McMahon coming in to change up RAW? Should he just let Triple H do his job? Sound off in the comments!
